Who on earth could not love New Year’s Eve weddings? No one! Kari and Trey decided to have their wedding and reception on New Year’s Eve and it was a New Year’s Eve party for the books! First of all, they hired all-star planner Holly Hardin of the Hardin House to make their wedding dreams come true. The rest of their wedding day team was incredible as well. Maggie Louise provided the bridal gown, Everbloom Designs did the floral arrangements, Kaitlyn Stoddard photographed, CFY catered, and White Door Events did all of their rentals. Talk about a New Year’s Eve party to remember!

Kari and Trey started their evening with their ceremony at St. Louis Catholic Church. From there, their guests traveled to the heart of Overton Square for their reception at the Atrium. Dalton had the honor of representing DeepBlu at this event and was instructed to wear “the dressiest clothes he’s got” so we knew well in advance that this was going to be one of the best wedding receptions/New Year’s Eve parties we have ever been a part of!

When guests arrived to the Atrium around 8pm, CFY was ready with a delicious dinner and plenty of drinks to get the party started. Mr. and Mrs. Tucker entered and had their first dances, followed by speeches made by the Kari’s father and Trey’s Father, who was also the best man.

After the speeches and ceremonial cake cutting, Dalton got the party started with lots of dancing and lots of fun! With a New Year’s Eve wedding, you have no choice but to keep the party going until at least midnight! So 5 minutes before midnight, Dalton reminded guests to grab a drink for the New Year’s countdown. When the clock struck 12, Mr. and Mrs. Tucker toasted to celebrate 2017 beginning as their first year as husband and wife.
